등록데스크 운영시간은 어떻게 되나요?

양일 모두(9/25-26) 오후 12시부터 8시 반까지 운영됩니다.

입장 팔찌 착용 시 입장은 자유롭게 할 수 있나요?

행사 일정 내 입장 팔찌를 착용하고 있다면 자유롭게 출입 가능합니다.

(※ 분실 시 재발급이 어려우니 보관에 유의 바랍니다.)

주차 제공이 가능한가요?

행사 장소에 별도의 주차장이 마련되어 있지 않습니다. 근처 공영/민영 주차장을 이용하시거나 가급적 대중교통을 이용해주시기 바랍니다.

좌석이 지정되어 있나요?

모든 자리는 비지정 자유석으로 운영됩니다.

주류를 판매하나요?

행사장 내 주류가 제공되며, 성인 인증 후 식음 가능합니다.

반입 금지 물품이 있나요?

외부 음식물, 반려동물, 전물 촬영 장비를 비롯하여 위험물(칼, 가위, 유리병 등), 취급 금지 약품 등 안전에 문제가 있을 것으로 주의되는 물품은 반입이 제한될 수 있습니다.

1층 퓨추라 쇼룸의 경우, 별도 티켓 구매 없이 현장에서 입장 등록만 해주시면 입장 및 관람이 가능합니다.

Registration Desk Operating Hours

The registration desk operates from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM on both days(Sep 25-26).

Can I Freely Enter And Exit With The Entry Wristband?

You can freely enter and exit the venue during event hours while wearing your entry wristband.

(※ Please keep your wristband safe as reissuance is difficult in case of loss.)

Is Parking Available?

There is no dedicated parking lot at the event venue. Please use nearby public or private parking facilities, or preferably use public transportation.

Are Seats Assigned?

All seating is non-reserved and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is Alcohol Sold At The Venue?

Alcoholic beverages are available at the venue and can be consumed after age verification for adults.

Are There Any Prohibited Items?

Outside food and beverages, pets, professional filming equipment, dangerous items (knives, scissors, glass bottles, etc.), and prohibited substances that may pose safety concerns are not permitted inside the venue.

Is admission free?

For the Futura showroom (1F), you can enter and view the exhibits without purchasing a separate ticket—just register on site at the entrance

티켓 구매 및 취소/환불

​티켓은 이벤터스 홈페이지에서 구매하실 수 있으며, 환불은 구매하신 홈페이지를 통해 9/21 23:59까지 가능합니다. 이후에는 환불이 불가합니다.

(※블라인드 티켓은 환불 기간이 종료(5/31)되어 환불이 불가합니다.)

티켓 구매 확인

티켓 구매가 완료되면 구매 당시 기입한 메일 주소로 신청 완료 메일이 발송됩니다. 메일을 통해 구매하신 티켓 내역을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

신청 완료 메일 미수령

메일은 티켓 구매 과정에서 기입한 등록자의 메일 주소로 발송됩니다. 스팸메일함을 먼저 확인하시고, 없는 경우 메일을 잘못 기입하지 않았는지 홈페이지를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

확인이 불가한 경우, 성함 / 연락처 / 결제 내역을 캡처하여 메일(info@futuracanvas.com)로 보내주시면 확인 후에 메일 재발송드리겠습니다.

학생 티켓 구매

학생 티켓은 신분이 학생인 경우(중, 고, 대 및 대학원생 포함) 구매 가능하며, 현장에서 학생임을 증빙할 수 있는 서류 확인이 진행되오니 반드시 학생증을 지참하여 방문하시기 바랍니다. 증빙자료 미지참시 현장에서 차액 결제 후 입장하실 수 있습니다.

티켓 수령 방법

티켓은 QR코드로 제공되며 현장 등록데스크에서 QR코드 확인 후 입장팔찌로 제공될 예정입니다. QR코드는 신청 당시 발송된 메일을 통해 확인하실 수 있으며, 행사 전 문자 또는 카카오톡 알림을 통해 일괄 발송될 예정입니다.

티켓 사용 안내

티켓은 각 일자 별로 나뉘어 있어(Conference FULL 제외) 구매하신 일자에만 입장이 가능하며, 양일 전부 참가를 원하시는 경우 티켓을 각각 구매하거나 Conference FULL 티켓을 구매하시면 됩니다. Conference FULL 티켓의 경우 하나의 QR코드로 양일 다 입장 가능하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

Conference FULL 티켓 사용 관련

Conference FULL 티켓은 이틀 모두 등록데스크에 방문하여 QR코드 스캔 후 입장 팔찌 수령하셔야 합니다.

레귤러 티켓 정가(88,000원/1 DAY PASS)로 구매 가능합니다.

아동 티켓 구매

보호자 동반 시, 만 12세(2013년생)까지 티켓 구매 없이 입장 가능합니다.

​티켓 대리 수령 및 양도

구매 내역 및 본인 확인 후 입장 팔찌가 제공되기 때문에 대리 수령 불가능하며, 발생할 수 있는 피해를 최소화하기 위해 임의적인 거래는 불가능합니다. 2매 이상의 티켓을 구매하신 경우, 입장 팔찌 수령 시 동반인의 정보도 함께 제공해주시기 바랍니다.

Ticket Purchase & Cancellation/Refund

Tickets can be purchased via the EventUs website.

Refunds are available through the same website until September 21 at 23:59 (KST). No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

(※ The refund period for Blind Tickets ended on May 31 at 23:59 (KST). No refunds are available for Blind Tickets.)

Ticket Purchase Confirmation

Once your ticket purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. You can check your ticket details through this email.

Confirmation Email Not Received

Confirmation emails are sent to the address entered during the ticket purchase process. Please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you still can’t find the email, verify that your email address was entered correctly via the EventUs website.

If you’re unable to confirm, please email us at info@futuracanvas.com with your name, contact number, and a screenshot of your payment details, and we will resend the confirmation after verifying your purchase.

Student Ticket Purchase

Student tickets are available only for those currently enrolled in a school.

You must present a valid student ID at the venue for verification.

If you fail to present proof of student status, you will be required to pay the difference in price on-site to enter.

(※Accepted documents: Student ID, Youth ID, etc.)

For group registrations of 10 or more people, please contact us via email at info@futuracanvas.com. We will respond with further details.

How to Receive Your Ticket

Tickets will be issued in the form of a QR code.

At the venue, your QR code will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband.

The QR code can be found in your confirmation email and will also be sent again via text message or KakaoTalk notification prior to the event.

Ticket Usage Guide

Tickets are date-specific (except for the “Conference FULL” ticket).

You may only enter on the day for which your ticket is valid.

If you wish to attend both days, you must either purchase tickets for each day or buy the Conference FULL ticket.

The Conference FULL ticket allows access to both days with a single QR code.

Conference FULL Ticket Usage

Conference FULL ticket holders must visit the registration desk on both days to scan their QR code and receive entry wristbands.

On-site Ticket Purchase

Regular tickets are available for purchase on-site at full price. (KRW 88,000 / 1 DAY PASS)

Children’s Ticket Policy

Children up to 12 years old (born in 2013 or later) can enter free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.

Proxy Collection & Ticket Transfer

Proxy collection is not permitted as entry wristbands are provided after purchase verification and identity confirmation. Unauthorized transactions are prohibited to minimize potential issues. If you have purchased 2 or more tickets, please provide companion information when collecting entry wristbands.
